Categories marked partial, missing, or "send later" stay visible so you know exactly what to gather before returning.

If the result doesn't look right, contact the office and include your Submission ID, full name, and approximate upload date.

Have more records?

Use the same Submission ID at the business intake portal — new files attach to the same case file, no second submission needed.
